Hey guys! I’m Jordyn, a student, full-time follower of Christ, part-time worship leader, singer, lover of life, lover of people, and of course… an aspiring teacher! I created my blog to document my life and to inspire others. Hobby wise, I love anything artsy and traveling. So while you read this blog, join me in my journey while I travel the world, inspire, become inspired, strengthen my faith, and just simply take in all the world has to offer to me! I want to find love in every aspect of life.

I decided to also give you guys inside into my life. I figured if you knew me a little better, you’d be able to understand my posts more and all of the questions you will have will be answered.

IMG_3320This is Kekoa, my wonderful boyfriend. You’ll see him in a lot of my posts. We are currently in a long distance relationship of almost two years now. I’ve known Kekoa my whole life, but it wasn’t until we grraduated high school and began our careers that we truly began our relationship together. If any of you have met Kekoa and had a conversation with him, you would know that he is the sweetest, most selfless man. I am so incredibly blessed to have him in my life and to have someone like him to experience life with. To learn more about us and our relationship, you can look at the long distance Q&A post that we did together and also my experience when we was on his first nine month deployment.

This is my wonderful family that lives in Texas. When I was very young, my family moved to Texas from my hometown Kailua, Hawaii for a better life. For a while, we were the only ones in Texas, but now, as you can see everyone followed us! These people (and so many more that aren’t in this picture) are my greatest support system. I cannot go a day without them telling me how proud they are of me, and they all teach me to be a strong-willed woman with high expectations. All of their sacrifice, openness, and unconditional love is overwhelming when i’m with them and I am so lucky to be close to all of them. We get together at least for every big holiday and birthday. To say the least, we are the loudest family you will ever encounter and we spend our time together laughing, telling stories, and eating ridiculously good food.

Oh, and I travel A LOT. It’s pretty safe to say I travel more than most people my age. I have a bit of flight benefits, so flying from place to place is not a problem for me. Living a life of travel has taught me the importance of being wordly and cultured. Through my trips, I have learned so much about the history of places and all the different little personalities the world has to offer. I enjoy documenting my travels with journals, photos, and videos. My newest travel diary was made in the Big Island of Hawaii, so make sure to check that out.

So, that’s the gist of how my life looks right now. I hope to hear from you all and enjoy beauties! If you have any questions or comments at all, please use the contact forum on the Contact page. Also, if there are any suggestions, I would love to hear them and take them into consideration. Till next time, talk to you soon!
